NEW PRODUCT - MCG 2000 MAX Level Encoder/Transmitter

L&J Technologies MCG 2000 MAX Transmiter L&J Engineering has once again revolutionized the Encoder/Transmitter market with its latest edition of the MCG 2000 Transmitter the MCG 2000 MAX. The MCG 2000 MAX utilizes L&J’s state of the art Magnetic Absolute Xmitter technology. MAX technology features L&J’s revolutionary new absolute magnetic encoding (Patent Pending) to provide the greatest accuracy ever offered in the history of encoder transmitters at 1/32” standard and 1/64” optional. MAX technology incorporates an ultra-low power design with enhanced lightning and surge protection to provide the most reliable transmitter on the market. The brand new graphical LCD display allows you to easily see your level, temperature, and diagnostic information. The unit is fully compatible with the MCG 2150 Handheld Remote Calibrator used on all of the L&J gauging products. Upgrade Kits are also available to upgrade your older generation L&J transmitters to MAX technology.

The MCG1095 Wireless High Level Alarm Probe brings high technology to over fill protection. The competitors system typically check the wiring and probe electronics. The MCG 1095 also includes a solenoid to physically move the displacer as an actual level would. In keeping with the L&J tradition, the MCG 1095 has gone a step further than the competition in providing high reliability and low maintenance. The MCG 1095 offers the most reliable protection available against dangerous and costly over fills.Remote Self-Checking Typically, a high level alarm probe is mounted in a poor environment and sits inactive for years at a time. This makes regularly scheduled testing the most important factor in reliability. The optional remote self-testing feature of the MCG 1095 makes regular testing of the probe easy and convenient. If coupled with the L&J MCG 7000 Alarm System, all probes can be automatically tested at pre-programmed intervals, complete with a printout of probe conditions.

MCG2151

MCG2151 Infrared “Hand-Held” SFI Programmer With the MCG 2151 Hand held SFI Programmer, setup, programming, and calibration become a matter of “remote control.” When used with any of the MCG Series “Smart Flash” gauges (with Infrared Pickup), this compact wireless unit allows the operator to access, view, and change programming data without ever removing the explosion proof housing. This battery powered unit requires no physical coupling to the gauge. Download new programs using the supplied interface cable. Microsoft ActiveSync is included to transfer files over to your MCG 2151 from your Windows 2000/XP PC. Using Microsoft ActiveSync™ allows the copying and pasting of ROM images from Windows Explorer™. An intrinsically safe MCG 2151 is also available. For use in hazardous environments, the intrinsically safe MCG 2151 can read and monitor tank inventory and levels at a tank farm. Remote field engineers can retain and analyze vital process data at the point of activity.

The MCG8100 is a Convenient, Powerful Remote Monitor The MCG 8100 communicates and provides power to any of the L&J 81xx series magnetostrictive sensors or leak detection probes through a convenient 4 wire data highway. Up to 10 individual probes and 12 external sensors can be connected in parallel to the same MCG 8100, with the appropriate amount of I.S. barriers The L&J Engineering Model MCG 8100 Tank Monitoring System

L & J Engineering combines it's NEW Smart Flash technology with its proven inventory management software. WinGauge Smart Flash enables field voltages/temperatures and equipment diagnostics to be displayed in real-time on client PC's running either WinGauge or a diagnostic software package, WinFlash. These programs enable operators and field technicians to anticipate and prevent problems in that any deviations from normal operating parameters provide advance warning of potential failures. Flexible, dynamic display builder tools allow easy customization of screens down to individual fields. Server resident live data can be directly accessed or transferred as text, XML, or Access compatible database via L&J's Automatic Data Exporter.
