Durlam Inc.'s On-Site Inspection Services is an efficient method of establishing the overall condition of the venting devices and other applicable tank appurtenances attached to atmospheric or low pressure storage tanks (below 15 psig)
Reports: + Give written documentation of: The overall condition of all venting devices on the storage tank. Vent manufacturer, model number, and serial number. Tagging information --set pressure and set vacuum. Total weight of a pallet and loading weight. Calculated set pressure and vacuum. Materials of Construction. Recommended repairs, replacements or future inspections. + Establish computer trends for preventive maintenance scheduling.	Services: Determine the cleaning, inspection, calibration, and repair frequency required. Verify proper vent sizing for current conditions. Insure that all venting devices are tabulated to suggest possible future repair activities and scheduling. Joint effort to organize and establish a preventive maintenance program. Documentation gives a snap-shot in time of the total storage tank situation. Helps establishing a permanent vent registration program.
